HOW IT WORKS

Send us your texts via email and specify your preferences. We will contact you immediately.
For the sake of convenience, we prefer texts for translation to be in easily editable formats if possible (Word, for example). However, you can send us files in any format you wish: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, IDML (InDesign), Pages, etc.
This depends on the length and difficulty of the translation. . However, we will take your preferences into account and will decide on a date accordingly. We will inform you of this before commencing the translation, in order to obtain your consent.

PAYMENT AND GUARANTEES

How much do you charge?

Prices depend on several factors such as the type of text, the level of specialisation, the size and the due date of the translation. We will analyse your requirements and present you with a quote. The price agreed will be the price on the invoice.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay via bank transfer or via PayPal. Payment must be made within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

What guarantees can you give me?

Absolutely all texts will be translated and subsequently proofread by Isabel, as only in this way can the text be refined to ensure , that there is complete absence of errors, that the translation reads naturally and that there is textual cohesion. If you wish, the text can be reviewed by a second proofreader. If you have a style guide, glossary, or guidelines for the wording of your texts, feel free to send them to us and we will use them as a basis for our translation.
